Can you email me a copy of my invoice?​

Yes. Testomato is always sending you an invoice copy to your email. You can add three additional emails that also getting invoice copy. Just change you preferences at Your Profile > Billing & Payment > Billing Information

Where can I find my invoices?​

All Testomato invoices can be downloaded under Your Profile > Billing & Payment > Your Invoices page. Additionally, a copy of your invoices is always sent to the email address registered to your account.

My invoice is wrong. What should I do?​

If you have any concerns on your invoice, please contact us by sending a message to: support@testomato.com with following details:

  • Invoice Number
  • Your account id or email
  • Reason for Dispute

What's fakturoid in invoices URL?​

Some of our invoices URL leads outside Testomato domain, that's because we are using Fakturoid for Invoicing. Fakturoid is Czech well known invoice services. Our official account URL under Fakturoid:
